FAQ TEMPLATE QUESTIONS<\/b><\/p>\n Yes! All our race packs include a timing chip that slots into your shoe laces, this will record your start and finish time to give you an accurate chip timed result.<\/span><\/p>\n All our results will show on <\/span>https:\/\/www.runthrough.co.uk\/results\/<\/span><\/a> straight away.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n You will also receive a post race email with your result in the week after the event.<\/span><\/p>\n The majority of race results will be shown on RunBritain and Power of 10.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Payment will be taken from GW EVENTS.<\/span><\/p>\n 5k- 11<\/span><\/p>\n 10k-15<\/span><\/p>\n HM-17<\/span><\/p>\n Yes, you can purchase multiple entries at once, you will be asked to provide a few details for the additional runners at checkout. We also have a group booking at a discounted rate available for 6 runners available to purchase at runthrough.co.uk.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n For any larger groups, please email <\/span>north@runthrough.co.uk <\/span><\/i>and we can get you signed up on mass.<\/span><\/p>\n Entries will close 48 hours before, in the case of a Sunday event the online entries will close the Friday before. If the event reaches our max capacity, we will close entries early. We recommend entering early to avoid disappointment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n We will take on the day entries at our information desks, should the race not sell out.<\/span><\/p>\n Unfortunately we operate a no refunds policy. Where possible we’d be more than happy to transfer your entry to another event. To do this, please email north@runthrough.co.uk with your full name, order number and choice of new event.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Yes, we can happily swap the names and distances associated with a booking. Please email in with your order number, and the new runners name, email, address and date of birth. Or alternatively, visit the information desk on the morning of the race to do this.<\/span><\/p>\n You should receive a race information email the Friday prior to the race. Please check your spam folders as they do sometimes get lost! The same information will also be published on the website the week leading up to the event, along with our entry list. If for any reason you do not receive the email, please check<\/span> the website for all the same information.<\/span><\/p>\n We will have registration tents located in the event village. Please just visit the desk for the distance you\u2019ve entered to run and we will issue you with your race number and chip. You just need to state your name to do this.<\/span><\/p>\n Yes, we will have bottled water at the 5k mark, you will pass this once on the 10k, and 3 times on the Half marathon, please help yourself to this as you pass the water station. We will also have a bottle of Actiph water waiting for you at the finish line.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n We will have an informal baggage tent for this event. This will be a marquee located by the registration tents in the event village. Please limit the number of belongings you bring to the event and if possible leave anything in a car. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach this to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage marshals and they will help you find your bag.<\/span><\/p>\n We strongly advise against wearing headphones, but we don’t have any bans on them. If you do choose to wear headphones we recommend keeping the volume low and 1 ear out so you can hear instructions from our marshals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n If you choose to wear headphones then please ensure you are fully aware of the course details to avoid confusion at specific points.<\/span><\/p>\n An undulating multi-terrain route at Leeds\u2019 Roundhay Park, one of the largest city parks in Europe. Mostly on tarmac paths, with some sections of gravel and dirt paths. The course starts by heading downhill towards the Lakeside Cafe, before an incline heading towards the Mansion. The route levels out on the main path through the park, before turning downhill, around the cricket pitch and back towards the main lake.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n A flat section around the perimeter of the main lake follows. The dirt section of path follows an incline from the lake to reach the ruins of Roundhay Castle, before returning to solid ground around the park\u2019s smaller lake to reach the end of the lap.<\/span><\/p>\n 1 lap 5k, 2 lap 10k, 4 lap half marathon.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
