LEEDS RUNNING FESTIVAL
Join us for a unique opportunity to run a 5k, 10k or Half Marathon in support of St. Gemma’s Hospice around Roundhay Park in Leeds, one of the biggest city parks in Europe.
Each Mile will be accurately marked out and we have plenty of helpers to keep you quite literally on track and encourage you on your way to the finish. Included in your entry fee is a themed medal, water and post race goodies. Come and enjoy the day with us; we hope to see you there!

THE COURSE
An undulating multi-terrain route at Leeds’ Roundhay Park, one of the largest city parks in Europe. Mostly on tarmac paths, with some sections of gravel and dirt paths. The course starts by heading downhill towards the Lakeside Cafe, before an incline heading towards the Mansion. The route levels out on the main path through the park, before turning downhill, around the cricket pitch and back towards the main lake. A flat section around the perimeter of the main lake follows. The dirt section of path follows an incline from the lake to reach the ruins of Roundhay Castle, before returning to solid ground around the park’s smaller lake to reach the end of the lap.
